Jake Bauer joined Third Rock Ventures in 2007. He focuses on new company formation, due diligence and deal sourcing. He is also actively involved in the support and management of various portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Third Rock Ventures, Jake was a Management Consultant at Putnam Associates, a member of the investment team at Royalty Pharma, and the business development group at Endo Pharmaceuticals.

Jake holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Biology and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
