Anastasiia Kamenska

Anastasiia joined Third Rock as a Senior Associate in 2023. She is fascinated by the role of interplay between biology, business, and strategy in developing cutting edge therapeutics for devastating diseases. She is inspired by the opportunity to translate scientific discoveries into potential cures for patients as part of the Third Rock team.

Prior to joining Third Rock, Anastasiia spent four years with Novartis in several roles of increasing responsibility across Strategy and Business Development functions and was recognized during this time with the HBA Rising Star award. Anastasiia completed her PhD and postdoctoral training at the RNA laboratory of the University of Cambridge, where she was exploring some of the fundamental mechanisms of gene expression regulation.

Anastasiia's curiosity goes beyond science and has driven her to explore the world (nearly 80 countries so far) through a variety of adventures: from hiking in Tibetan Himalayas and learning yoga in India, to skydiving over Dubai and scuba diving with penguins in Galapagos islands
