Cath McGowen

Cath is the Senior Director of Portfolio Recruiting, supporting our efforts in attracting the top candidates in the industry to Third Rock and our companies. She is motivated by the impact we have on patients and their families through the therapeutic candidates that we are able to develop.

Cath is most proud of being a mom to her amazing daughter. Outside the office, you can find her hanging out with her family and going to the beach year round!
