Cynthia Clayton

Cynthia leads Third Rock’s communications strategy and initiatives. She also works closely with our portfolio companies to guide them on their communications and investor relations strategies.

Cynthia feels very fortunate to be able contribute to the industry’s life-changing work, despite not having a scientific background. She is grateful her path has introduced her to so many people with amazing accomplishments, training and education who were willing to mentor and guide her, providing opportunities to learn something new every day.
