At Third Rock, Lisa supports the recruiting team with executive search and internal recruiting efforts across all levels. She enjoys her colleagues’ enthusiasm and drive to work towards a common goal, as well as the support everyone provides on a daily basis. She is motivated by seeing innovative ideas turn into real therapeutics with lifesaving potential.

Outside the office, Lisa enjoys traveling, especially to the Mediterranean. She also enjoys going to the beach and discovering new restaurants.
