Olie Luchitsky

Olie joined Third Rock in 2023, where she provides administrative support to associates, principals and projects. She has more than a decade of operational experience, and joins the firm from healthcare technology company 100Plus, where she was one of the earliest employees. Olie enjoys working with early-stage companies, and takes pride in her ability to successfully wear many hats in her day-to-day responsibilities. She is passionate about furthering medical and scientific advancements in her career, and is excited to work with a team that shares her dedication to improving the lives of patients.

Olie is most proud of her daughter, who is her best friend and makes her smile every day. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring her hometown by foot, visiting the beach, and painting.
