Ronald Park

Ron joined Third Rock as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence in 2023. Ron’s career has been focused on working on innovative therapeutic and diagnostic products that can significantly improvement patient care. He is excited to be joining the many talented and motivated people in TRV with the same patient-focused mission.

Prior to TRV, Ron was CEO of Ambys Medicines, a Third Rock portfolio company focused on creating innovative cell therapies for patients with liver failure. He also has leadership experience with Ancestry Health and Genomics, Genentech, Roche, McKinsey and Company, and Kaiser Permanente. Ron began his career in direct patient care as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCLA.

Outside the office, Ron enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, two sons, and dog, and some of his family’s favorite activities to do together are cooking, hiking, skiing, and traveling.
