Sara DeAmicis

Sara focuses on executive recruiting, talent strategies and culture building efforts for our portfolio companies. She is excited to join Third Rock to foster her passion for building companies that bring meaningful innovation to patients, helping them fit together the puzzle pieces of talent.

Sara’s first passion is healthcare; her enthusiasm for recruiting is born out of the ability to connect with a broad range of people with diverse talents and backgrounds who serve as the foundation for bringing innovation in healthcare to fruition. She enjoys working closely with startups on the cutting edge of the biopharma industry, and seeing the top minds of the industry converge into organizations with lifechanging potential. Outside the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and is incredibly proud of her three children.
